- Assist the Project Management Team with coordinating purchasing activities, logistics, and project timelines.
- Manage material samples by ordering, reviewing, labeling, and coordinating both internal and external contacts.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics reports, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Attend monthly team meetings to stay updated on project progress and deadlines.
- Collaborate on client quotes, assist with pricing and budgeting for products and services.
- Communicate with international vendors to negotiate prices and identify new sources for products.
- Support the team with RFP (Request for Proposal) processing and related administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing the material library, ensuring it is well-organized and up-to-date with necessary supplies.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring it reflects current project information and product offerings.
- Help with general office duties including answering calls, managing mail and packages, booking travel, and other administrative tasks.
- Invaluable insight into the world of project management and procurement.
- Exposure to working with vendors and clients from around the world.
- Experience in negotiation and logistics management.
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and international offices.
