We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement for LangChain through a diverse range of events — from industry conferences to executive gatherings and meetups. You'll own event strategy, execution, follow-up, and performance tracking to maximize impact.
Location : Candidate must be excited to be in-person 5 days / week at our office in San Francisco, CA.
In this role, you should expect to :
Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of events, from major industry conferences to executive gatherings and local meetups, to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Prioritize industry conferences, identify key engagement and sponsorship opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to connect with the right audience.
Oversee all aspects of event planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless coordination and maximum engagement.
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to optimize efficiency and impact.
Serve as the primary point of contact during events, managing on-the-ground operations, resolving challenges, and representing LangChain with professionalism.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align event initiatives with business goals and maximize impact.
Track key event metrics, analyze insights, and refine strategies to drive continuous improvement and success.
How to be successful in this role
You have 3 years of experience in events or field marketing.

Compensation & Benefits :
