Position: Maintenance Assistant
Shift: Day Shift, Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety and maintenance of the building.
- Assist with the upkeep of common areas, including cleaning, repairs, and painting.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to address resident and staff needs.
- Assist with maintaining the building’s HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the facilities team to address any emergencies or necessary repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work with maintenance equipment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be available to work day shifts and every other weekend (required).
