Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) Unit Coordinator to join our compassionate team and provide leadership in our resident care department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced LNA looking to step into a leadership role and make a significant impact in the lives of our residents.

Now Hiring for the 7 : 00 A.M. - 3 : 00 P.M. Shift

Every Other Weekend Required.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate Care – Lead and supervise a team of LNAs to ensure the highest quality of care and service for our residents.

Resident Care – Assist with daily living activities, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure comfort and safety.

Documentation – Maintain accurate records and care plans for each resident, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulations.

Communication – Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.

Training and Mentorship – Provide guidance and support to the LNA team, offering training to new staff and promoting ongoing development.

Compliance – Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures related to resident care and safety.

Qualifications :

Current LNA Certification required.

Proven experience as an LNA, with at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing outstanding care to residents.

Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.

Availability for the 7 : 00 A.M. - 3 : 00 P.M. shift and every other weekend is required.
