Lange Companies is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our Team.
In this position, we are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, business intelligence, and process automation. The role focuses on using automation to improve efficiency and providing reporting to support operations and decision-making. Light project management experience is a plus. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive project success.

This role reports to the VP of IT .
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather detailed requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT teams.
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for process optimization and automation.
- Develop clear and concise process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to analyze, visualize, and automate data-driven workflows.
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of automated reporting systems and dashboards that deliver real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Support strategic decision-making with actionable data while prioritizing accurate and accessible reporting for daily operations.
- Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation and implement solutions to streamline processes.
- Monitor automated systems to ensure reliability and adjust workflows as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Contribute to project management tasks such as planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Present findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
