Complexions Dermatology is seeking a Practice Manager to join our well-established, private dermatology practice. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating clinical and administrative functions, ensuring our team works seamlessly. We are looking for a versatile professional with strong management skills, the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining efficient office operations. Medical knowledge, excellent organizational abilities, and a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Our practice includes :
- 2 Physicians
- 4 Advanced Practice Providers
- 2 Medical Estheticians
- Locations : Colonial Heights and Danville, VA, with a third location opening in Greensboro, NC.
The ideal candidate will live near one of our locations and be open to monthly travel (or as needed) between sites. This role requires outstanding customer service, critical thinking, and leadership skills, as well as a calm, friendly demeanor and a collaborative mindset.
