Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Strong clinical skills and a knowledge of evidence-based practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compassion and dedication to high-quality patient care
Prior experience in sports rehabilitation or orthopedic settings preferred but not required
