LANGLADE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
CONTRACTED COURT COMMISSIONER
Langlade County is seeking a contracted Court Commissioner position expected to work 4 days per week, or a combination of Court Commissioners to cover 4 days per week. Contract for services in the amount of $6,666.66 per month. The scope of services under this Contract include all of the duties of a Court Commissioner as set forth in Section 757.69, Wis. Stats., all of the duties of a Director of Family Court Services (Family Court Commissioner) as set forth in Sections 767.405 & 767.675, Wis. Stats., and any other duties as assigned by the Circuit Court Judge and/or the Chief Judge of the 9th Judicial District. The actual services provided under this Contract may vary depending upon the delegation of authority, the assignment of duties by the Circuit Court Judge, and disqualifications (Sec. 757.23, Wis. Stats.). The work performed by the Commissioner under this Contract shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws and rules, including but not limited to: the Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules, and the Civil Rights Act.
Minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited law school (Juris Doctor Degree). Admission to the Bar of the State of Wisconsin, and in good standing, and who have been licensed to practice law in any state for 3 years immediately before the appointment.
