A non-profit, servicing individuals with developmental disabilities is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to oversees the day to day administrative tasks of the Langley office and ensures billing and bookkeeping are accurate and timely. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, organized, detail oriented, and a self starter to prioritize all of the monthly duties and responsibilities along with managing the day to day happenings with in the office. 

The ideal candidate will have:
  1. Training and experience with QuickBooks (online)
  2. Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  3. Skills, knowledge and experience with accounts receivable and payable, invoice and billing, specifically with Medicaid billing is highly desirable or familiar with other billing platforms
  4. Experience in answering phones, sending a receiving faxes with sensitive/confidential information
  5. Experience with being able to support the Management team with various tasks
  6. Maintain organized records of invoices, billing codes, and supporting documents in both physical and electronic formats
  7. A High School Diploma with experience in a sectary/office administrator roll, some college credits or and associate degree are a plus
