We are seeking an experienced Low-Voltage Project Director to ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.   • Project Planning & Scheduling : Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to align project milestones and deadlines.
  • Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and adherence to project specifications.
  • Quality Control : Implement quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any deficiencies.
  • Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Implement safety protocols for a secure working environment.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. Provide comprehensive progress reports to stakeholders. Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction and low-voltage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, and Audio-Visual systems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Must pass a background check, driver’s license (MVR) check, and drug test as per company policy.
  • A valid and clear Arizona Driver’s License is required.
  • Must obtain and maintain a current Arizona Alarm Agent License and any other required licenses.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime when needed, and travel to multiple project sites.
  • Construction site environments with exposure to outdoor weather conditions and potential hazards.
  • Extended periods of visual focus and driving may be necessary. Working Conditions :

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 65 lbs.), and pushing (up to 100 lbs.).
  • Use of protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols required. Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000
