Are you an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for sales? Langston Security & Integration is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our growth by building relationships, closing deals, and representing cutting-edge security and integration solutions.
The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) reports directly to the Sales Manager or delegated authority. This role is to assist in driving the growth of the recurring monthly revenue (RMR) through targeted sales and marketing efforts and expand the service-related business by creating and negotiating comprehensive service maintenance agreements. This role is to assist with generating new outside sales leads for new commercial business accounts related to selling low-voltage systems that the company offers and increasing revenue for new installations.
The OSR’s primary responsibility will be to generate and secure orders for customers by visiting them in person. This position requires the OSR to spend most of the working hours actively selling outside the company premises. While working from home or at the Company’s offices may occasionally be necessary to supplement OSR’s sales efforts, it should constitute a lesser portion of the weekly working hours. The essence of this role is to be in the field engaging with clients and prospects to drive sales.
Compensation :
- OTE : $100,000 annually
