We’re hiring for a full-time position in The Bronx at a progressive sub-acute rehab facility that provides both short-term rehab and long-term care.

Who We’re Looking For:
This full-time, benefit-eligible position is perfect for experienced CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows who are eager to grow, learn, and excel in their careers.
Education and Credentials:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- CFs with strong clinical skills and a commitment to growth are encouraged to apply
Skills and Experience: - Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for assessment and treatment of swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders
- Knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and its implications for therapy
- Experience or interest in working in skilled nursing facilities, including short-term rehab and long-term care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient, family, and staff education
