We are actively seeking CCC SLP for Full Time Mobile Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing Specialist in the Upstate, NY area.
As a mobile FEES provider, you will travel to provide mobile endoscopy in a variety of settings. Language Fundamentals will provide a comprehensive, online/remote training as well as training the field. In addition to extensive training program, we provide all equipment necessary to perform endoscopic swallowing studies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform FEES assessments to evaluate swallowing function and provide accurate interpretation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on FEES findings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, dietitians, and facility staff.
- Educate staff and caregivers about swallowing disorders and therapeutic interventions.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Travel to skilled nursing facilities within the designated service area to provide on-site services.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP certification.
- Strong understanding of dysphagia management in adult/geriatric populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
