SLP Communication Foundations provides the ability for a Special Education Teacher (SWD) to work in a unique setting, while growing professionally, and working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work directly with members of your community.
We are currently seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide Early Intervention services in the Carmel, NY area.

Job requirements:
- Master's degree in special education
- NYS Certification SWD in Birth to Grade 2 or Birth to All Grades
- 2 years’ experience in Early Childhood Special Education preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Goal oriented approach with ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and utilize technology
