As part of the Enterprise Sales team at Language I/O, you will manage full life-cycle sales within a greenfield territory of enterprise accounts. In a fast evolving space, we require all of our team members to show a thirst for continuous learning and massive earnings, closing deals with enterprise companies. You will be expected to establish trust and credibility with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders, Product Managers, CX Managers, IT Security stakeholders, and a variety of technology ecosystem partners. You will be expected to learn and execute our sales process, collaborate with multiple functions and help define our brand.
Your goal: make the Language I/O platform an indispensable part of global operations within your target organizations.
Enterprise Sales Executives are assigned to territories and must be available to work during business hours in their territory’s time zone, as agreed to upon hire or contract update.
Core Responsibilities
Position yourself as a domain expert by understanding customer needs and helping customers drive value through Language I/O.
- Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in Language I/O CRM system.
- Coordinate pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
- Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Collaborate with internal partners (e.g. product, finance, customer success, operations) to provide accurate use cases from the field, improve internal processes and champion sustained success.
- Independently develop account plans and strategies to demonstrate how our product will benefit a prospective customer to solve business problems and drive ARR for Language I/O.
- Analyze information gleaned from the sales process to create a unique product solution to demonstrate ROI.
- Meet sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Identify, engage and close business within large, cross-vertical enterprises.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline within the CRM system, prospect and assess sales, and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
- Execute land-and-expand sales strategy with well thought out enterprise sales strategies.
- Consult with customers to determine how Language I/O products are meeting their current or future needs.
- Create email strategy for prospecting that is effective in enhancing customer engagement.
- Attending general LIO meetings related to LIO operations.
- Mentor and train new or junior employees as needed
Qualifications
Technical. Familiarity with Language I/O core technologies such as AI, ML and NLP. Familiarity with CRM service solutions including Salesforce, Zendesk, Oracle, and ServiceNow. Proficient in sales CRM platforms, deal lifecycle tracking and data analysis to improve sales processes.
- Experienced. Minimum seven years of enterprise sales experience with leading SaaS providers.

Enterprise-Level Closer. Track record of exceeding quota and closing annual subscriptions.
