We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and community-minded Community Relations & Business Development Director to champion our mission and help expand our impact. This role combines grassroots outreach, school and family partnerships, and direct sales efforts, while also supporting the founders in growing the company’s footprint both in Houston and through national franchising. What You’ll Do:

Build Strong Community Connections

• Promote Program Awareness: Increase visibility for our language programs, summer camps, and enrichment activities through grassroots efforts and community engagement.
• Foster Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations to grow enrollment in our programs and camps.
• Event Leadership: Plan, organize, and attend community events to create excitement and awareness for Language Kids World.

Support Company Growth & Expansion

• Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with our leadership team to assist in all company efforts to expand locally and nationally.
• Enhance Business Strategies: Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen and grow the company’s impact in new markets.

Sales & Business Development

• Expand Enrollment: Increase enrollment in summer camps, after-school programs, and in-center classes through innovative sales strategies.
• Direct Outreach: Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with schools, families, and potential partners.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead records in our CRM system.
• Customer Satisfaction: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Establish New Partnerships: Identify and onboard new schools, families, and organizations while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 years in community relations, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
