Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Some details about the course:
- One of our clients in San Diego would like to have one-to-one Specific Purposes Hybrid Russian classes.
- This student wishes to have hybrid classes. He would like to have a 102-hour course. Classes should be held twice per week, and he wishes to start asap.
Information about this course:
*Current language level: Beginner
*Motivation: He took lessons in high school and wants to pick it up again for Conversational fluency with extended vocabulary in the technical sciences (mathematics, statistics, biology)
*Student's age group: D: 35-44
Important notes:
he is travelling from 7/11-8/11, and it may be appropriate to limit or pause lessons during this period, to resume afterward. *Start date: After 4/11, before 5/1. *Availability: 4 hours per week,
2-hour in-person lessons once per week, 1-hour online lessons twice per week, (all PST).
Mo, We, Fridays: After 8pm
Tu, Th: After 5pm
Sat: 9am-2pm
Sun: 1pm-6pm
*Location: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays: San Diego 92121/92126/92130 or thereabouts
*Sat: 92064 only.
*Online lessons: Zoom is fine, Telegram also works (especially while travelling)
- Be a native Russian speaker OR hold a teaching degree
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Have a valid working visa
- Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location.
Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
