A large company is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation – Claims Risk Analyst. Seeking candidates with three years’ experience administering workers’ compensation claims, general liability and investigation.
Responsibilities:
?Experience in claims and accident investigation
?Process workers compensation claims
?Review video, police reports and medical records.
?Complete initial intake interviews and ensure paperwork is completed according to CA standards.
?Contact with claimants, witness to obtain information regarding the claim.
?Assists claimants, providers, and clients with problems or questions regarding their claims and/or policies. Reviews incoming correspondence/reports/physician responding to questions, inquiries, and requests.
?Makes recommendation regarding liability, damages and settlement value.
Requirements
?Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Human Resources Management or Risk Management is helpful.
?Three years of experience in workers compensation claims processing, contract insurance, or workers compensation administration.
?Knowledge of workers’ administration claims.
?Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP, etc.).
?Strong analytical skills
Salary : $29 - $35
