Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Help pull products from warehouse shelves
- Help load products for customers
- Operate and work with forklift
Requirements:
- 3 years working in the field of customer service
- Must have experience working in warehouse environment
- Must have experience pulling product and loading trucks
- Must be a high school graduate
- College Degree preferred, but not required
- Certifications preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working with and driving a forklift (will train)
- Strong communication skills and good phone etiquette
- Savvy technical/computer skills a plus
