We are nationally recognized as a premier promotional provider for our renowned renewable energy clients. We have expanded our renewable energy sectors, and the current growth within our clientele has created an opportunity to oversee numerous accounts. Since the recent expansion, demand for our services has drastically increased due to our willpower to develop promotions that increase profitability beyond our competition.

In order to support this growth, we need an innovative, eager, and determined Customer Support Representative to join our team of professionals and bring a fresh perspective to stand out against competitors. We are not just looking for any Customer Support Representative; we are looking for the next leader to take our team to the next level.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Inform customers of deals and sales promotions being offered by our clients that meet or exceed expectations.
- Managed customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, resolved all objections, and closed sales as needed.
- Work extensively with the customer to provide timely solutions, including order entry, order follow-up, upgrades, and order adjustments.
- Be proactive in obtaining opportunities to drive sales growth by identifying new leads.
- Obtain confidential payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Attend mandatory client meetings and Zoom webinars to develop and maintain a sound knowledge base of the evolving products, sales, and services.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales Management staff to ensure proper customer service is being delivered, and sales goals are being met.
Requirements/Experience Needed As a Customer Support Representative With Our Firm:
- Experience in a Customer Service, Sales, or Customer-facing role.
- Experience using relevant sales and customer engagement tactics.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both new and existing customers.
- Natural drive for success and eagerness to grow a professional career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in various areas are preferred.
- The ability to effectively work with customers, fellow peers, and management staff openly and professionally.
- High energy and displays positive energy in a team dynamic.
