CNC Maintenance / Repair Technician

Lanic Aerospace is an Aerospace Manufacturer looking for a talented CNC Repair Technician for our facilities in Huntington Beach & Rancho Cucamonga

Individual must be organized, skilled and have a great work ethic.

Full Time Position

Duties :

• Oversees & Schedules Preventive Maintenance Program
• Troubleshoot NC Machine or support equipment problems (Root Cause),

prepare plan for repair & execute

• Repair of NC Controls, Drives, Spindles, Motors, Servos & Limit Switches

and Support equipment ( Hoists, Cranes, Air Compressors)

• Alignment & Squaring of Machine Heads / Axis to Machine Bed
• Perform training for manufacturing personnel to maintain cleanliness and simple

maintenance procedures

• Report to Management weekly Maintenance & Repair Schedule
• Travel between facilities as required (Company Truck / Car)

Skills:

• Overall leadership and organizational skills
• Troubleshooting – Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic issues
• Ability to read Machine Manuals, Schematics and Mechanical Drawings
• Large Multi Spindle Gantry knowledge (preferred – but not required)
• Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / GE / Haas / Fadal Controls
• Communication – Machine Builders & or Repair Technicians, ability to order required parts from Vendors

Experience:

5 to 10 Years as a CNC Repair Technician

Location: Huntington Beach & Rancho Cucamonga

Shift: Full Time Days 6AM – 2:30PM Overtimes as needed, sometimes required

The pay range for this position is from $65,000 to 100,000 - DOE. Actual pay rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and take into consideration a wide range of factors, including a person's skills, qualifications and experience as well as general market and business conditions.

• Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis)

Salary info:

$31.25 - $48.08 / hr

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
