What are the responsibilities and job description for the GIRLS SOFTBALL HEAD COACH position at LANIER HIGH SCHOOL?
- To instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical conditioning necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success
- To work with the athletic director in accomplishing the mission and goals of the athletic department
- Instruct athletes in fundamentals, develop character, model expected behavior
- Ability to work with players, parents, administration and other coaches
- To adhere to the MPS Athletics Code of Ethics and Conduct for Sports Coaches
- Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sport
