Job Description
The Director of Client Experience will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service from the moment they engage with us. This includes owning the onboarding process for new clients, entering key information into LLG's CRM, facilitating and executing intake discussions, and phone conversations, executing service agreements, and managing initial client payments.
Regular updates to the management team on the client onboarding process and feedback are also required.
Collaborating with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery is a key aspect of this role.
Staying informed about LLG's legal services, industry trends, and competitive landscape through attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions, to represent the firm and build relationships is also essential.
