About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Engagement Specialist to join our team at Lanier Law Group, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
As the Estate Planning Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with our attorneys and legal operations team to ensure accurate communication of legal services and client requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential clients, understanding their legal needs, and introducing them to LLG services.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and channel partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, process management, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Gathering client feedback and working with the legal team to continuously improve service delivery is also an essential part of this role.
