We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the Estate Planning Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and channel partners
- Gather client feedback and work with the legal team to continuously improve service delivery
- Be the owner of the onboarding process for new clients, including entering key information into LLG's CRM, facilitating and executing intake discussions, and phone conversations, executing service agreements, and managing initial client payments
- Provide regular updates to the management team on the client onboarding process and feedback
Requirements:
- Strong discretion and judgment for the ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Ability to work from the Gainesville, Georgia office 5 days per week
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
- Familiarity with legal services preferred
