Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various construction or manufacturing activities.
- Maintain safety standards at all times, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines effectively.
