Beaverton Motorcycles is looking for friendly and outgoing powersports enthusiasts to greet our service customers, gauge their needs and assign them to the appropriate service advisor. "What Can We Do For You Today" mentality is a must. We need a true concierge who can multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and invigorating work environment, and does so with grace and style. An ideal candidate will have some history and/or interest in powersports and motorcycles, phone and office work, above average computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc), find thrill and excitement in learning new programs and processes that just makes things work better, and the ability and desire to provide A service to our customers and co-workers. Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, 9a - 6p.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Welcome guests (in person and on the phone) and handle initial check in paperwork
Cashier
Communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the guest
Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous attention
Take ownership of the guest’s experience so we leave a positive impression
Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries to assure the guest does not get mishandled
Spend quality time building relationships with our guests
Other duties as needed
