Job Reports To: Dustin Saunders, Director of Stadium Operations
Compensations: Hourly
Status: Part-time seasonal | Full Season
Start Date: March 2025 (flexible)
End Date: October 2025 (flexible)
Hours Expected to Work: Hours differ day to day, depending on gameday vs non-gameday
Job Description:
Assist the Director of Stadium Operations the Stadium with daily operations duties including, but not limited to: routine building maintenance, stadium cleaning, event set up, and stadium upgrades.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Stadium Operations at Jackson Field
- Cultivate relationships with all outside vendors and inspectors
- Cultivate relationships with gameday staff
- Organize and direct gameday meetings with other interns about gameday duties
- Oversee day-to-day setup of the stadium for all events and games
- Work in coordination of Security and Medical services at the ballpark
- Assist with the management of our Janitorial and Guest Services department
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance of the ballpark
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Expectations/Qualifications:
· Preferred Enrolled in college working towards a Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent, but not required.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of how to operate basic tools preferred, but not required
· Desire to build a career in the sports industry
· Energetic, self-starter
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
· Ability to spend most of the day outside and on your feet in extreme weather conditions
· Must work well with others and independently
· Strong organizational skills
· Must have the ability to balance many projects at once
· Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
· Conduct self in a professional manner both in personal appearance and attitude

Requirements:
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, establish goals, and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours March-September
