Medical Billing Assistant will work with our Billing Team under direction from the Director of Billing. They will assist in monitoring and managing inbound billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies, accurately posting insurance and patient payments, assisting in various billing tasks, collaborating on departmental projects, and other tasks as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
