Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to provide operational support and contribute to software development for our application that interfaces with hospitals' electronic health records (EHRs) to deliver data to public-health agencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement software solutions that enhance the operational support framework.
- Work closely with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to our software application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for internal tools and automation efforts.
- Establish best practices for operational support and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate across departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in software development and technical support, preferably in healthcare IT or software support.
- Proficiency in programming languages (particularly Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, and C ).
- Proficiency in frameworks for developing applications (such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and Bootstrap).
