About the Role:
Lantana Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist III to provide operational support and contribute to software development for our application that interfaces with hospitals' electronic health records (EHRs) to deliver data to public-health agencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement software solutions that enhance the operational support framework.
- Work closely with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to our software application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for internal tools and automation efforts.
- Establish best practices for operational support and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in software development and technical support, preferably in healthcare IT or software support.
- Proficiency in programming languages (particularly Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, and C ).
- Proficiency in frameworks for developing applications (such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and Bootstrap).
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
