The Primary Therapist plays a key role in our patients' recovery journeys, providing group and individual therapy while collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Facilitate engaging and evidence-based group therapy sessions.
- Provide individual therapy tailored to patient needs and treatment goals.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and clinical team.
- Conduct assessments and contribute to ongoing patient progress evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers, case managers, and peer support specialists, to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in case consultations, treatment team meetings, and discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions across levels of care.
- Provide family education and support as appropriate.
