Lantech Communications, LLC is a leading construction and utility installation service provider, dedicated to setting the standard for quality and efficiency in the telecommunications industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to drive the company's growth.
As a part of our amazing team, you will play a vital role in connecting with our B2B clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will actively engage with potential clients through calls, in-person visits (mostly across Chicago), and online meetings to promote our services and establish strong relationships.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- In-house (Elk Grove Village, IL) or hybrid.
- Travel required (about 25% of time).
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales and business development (telecommunications experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting targets and solving problems.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to B2B clients to present our services and explore business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in knock-at-the-door campaigns to approach potential clients directly.
- Schedule and attend both online and offline meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Business Development Manager to execute strategic plans for expanding the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Represent Lantech Communications at industry events and networking opportunities.
