Lantech Communications LLC handles day-to-day installations for the Major Cable TV Companies and Internet providers. We have a long track record of providing great customer service, a friendly work atmosphere, and a knowledgeable technician base that can handle any job. We are looking to hire more qualified technicians who can provide a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Resolve, repair, and install cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in accordance with guidelines.
- Ability to set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONTs, routers, and switches
- Analyze and record test results within prescribed parameters by performing testing on company-issued devices and customer devices.
- Interface with customers to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
- Drive a vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and stocked vehicle with equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
- Complete paperwork accurately and report and record all work order status updates
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- White Minivan or Pickup truck with Ladder rack
- Pass a nationwide background check and drug screening
- Must be able to lift 80lbs
- Can climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, kneel/sit/stand or bend for long periods of time
- Work a flexible schedule that might include nights and weekends
- Able to work in all outdoor conditions
- Must be reliable and dependable
Pay:
- 1099 only
- Direct Deposit every Friday (You will be paid starting Week 4 for Jobs done on Week 1)
- Average Check may be in range of 1000-1800 depending on location and experience, number of jobs performed
Related experience:
Cable, satellite installation, wiring, security alarm installation, electrical.
