Here is a Glimpse at What you'll Do :

As an Industrial Engineer at Lantech, you will :

• Provide Lean support and training focused on the implementation of improvement initiatives across the entire value stream at Lantech.
• Develop processes in support of new products and product variation.
• Facilitate and lead Lean workshops.
• Teach and train Lantech associates on Lean principles / philosophy.
• Coordinate team members across all departments to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
• Use formal problem-solving methods to determine point of cause and corrective action.
• Evaluate manufacturing / business opportunities and work with area leader to develop a strategic plan to address and overcome the problem.
• Create documentation (standardized work / standard operating procedures) to capture and hold the current condition.
• Work with area leader to make recommendations on improvement opportunities.
• Develop data to understand, track, and monitor activity related to project status.
• Monitor improvement milestones to ensure on-time completion and sustainability of results to prevent backsliding.
• Foster associate engagement and involvement in improvement activities.
