What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage safety programs to meet FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Maintain driver qualification files and oversee safety programs.
- Monitor ELD/HOS, onboard cameras, and develop improvement plans.
- Track accidents, identify trends, and implement prevention strategies.
- Communicate core safety principles to drivers and teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in safety within transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
- Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- CDL license preferred.
