Sr. Data Analyst

The Sr. Data Analyst will lead the development of data analytics capabilities within the operational side of the business. Leveraging the data warehouse to enhance the organization's reporting, data analysis, and operational insights. This role is key to driving data-driven decision making across the organization and building robust analytics solutions that allow teams actionable insights. This position will report into the VP, Operational Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of data analytics processes utilizing the data warehouse
- Build and manage reporting solutions and dashboards for key business performance and trends
- Work cross functionally with departments to identify reporting needs ensuring data insights are aligned with business goals
- Utilize the data warehouse to extract, clean, and structure data for analysis for accurate and consistent reporting
- Develop and present data analysis across the organization to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure data integrity
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, visualization
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as SAP BusinessObjects suite, Tableau and other data reporting platforms
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with SQL and working within data warehouses
- Strong understanding of business operations and data-driven opportunities for improvement
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior organizational skills: proven ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects
- Desired knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
