Job Summary
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking Full Time Caregivers to provide assisted living and memory care to the resident population in our Santee, California facility. This is a full-time, hourly position that pays $16.25 - $18.50 an hour.

Responsibilities
-Support residents in accordance with individual care plans
-Deliver compassionate resident care with dedication to excellence
-Attend staff meetings to ensure up-to-date information is communicated
-Listen to and document residents' feedback and ensure communication with their families and healthcare providers
-Perform housekeeping duties
Requirements
-High school diploma/GED or equivalent
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to complete detailed documentation
