Description of the role :
The Resident Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our senior residents at Lantern Crest Senior Living. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a wide range of care services and programs to enhance the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate healthcare services, including assistance with medication management and doctor's appointments.
- Organize and maintain Medication Rooms, including resident records, physician orders, and medication carts.
- Respond to any resident concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all resident needs are met.
- Maintain resident records and documentation accurately and securely.
