Your daily responsibilities may include:

Design & Develop: Build high-performance financial applications using C#/.NET, PHP, and other modern technologies.

Collaboration: Work with product teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native fintech solutions.

Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and drive best engineering practices to maintain top-quality standards.

Database Management: Work with MySQL and MSSQL to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

API Integration: Enhance business capabilities by integrating third-party APIs and services.

Architecture & Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of critical fintech applications.

Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, anticipated Monday-Friday within standard business hours 8a-5p. Rarely evening or weekend work may be expected to meet business needs.
This is a hybrid remote and in office position with flexibility related to the candidate's location.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 8 years of software development experience, with expertise in C#/.NET or PHP.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech or financial services, with a strong understanding of security, compliance, and high-volume transactions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and database technologies (MySQL, MSSQL).

Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Python, Symfony, or ORM is a plus.
- Education: Master's degree in related field preferred.
