\As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Lantern Hill, you will play a critical role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our residents. You will collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. This may involve performing routine nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions to identify any changes in status and acting on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety. You will also work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
