Job Title: Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to play a key role in our innovative Signature Dining Programs, which include à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations. You will work alongside a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens, using top-notch equipment.

Your Impact
- You will supervise the scheduling, training and discipline of culinary and utility staff. In the absence of the Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions, including staffing, food production, utility management and kitchen sanitation.
- You will manage daily kitchen production and food preparation to ensure timely service of meals.
- You will direct the preparation and service of menu items, adhering to recipes, proper food handling, food safety and dietary restrictions.
- You will oversee the organization and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen, storage areas and loading dock.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years full-service experience required.
- Minimum 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required.
- You must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
- You must be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- You must be able to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen conditions.
