Position Summary
Supervise the day to day activities of the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry Departments. Maintain the grounds, facility, equipment, in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Care and Operations. Ensure the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
Essential Position Duties
Plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the Maintenance, housekeeping and laundry departments, their programs and activities to ensure a safe and clean environment
support a positive and professional image through leadership activities that emulate the organizations mission and statement and encourages a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
Schedule and supervise the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry personnel
Orient and train all new personnel
conduct daily inspections of work areas
utilize skills to maintain equipment, facility and grounds
