Community Manager Job description
Lantern Residences is a provider of compassionate and supportive sober living environments, dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to recovery.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our sober living homes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and support for our residents.
Role Overview: As the Community Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our residents by maintaining a safe, supportive, and clean living environment. You will collaborate with our leadership team, manage staff, arrange new intakes & discharges, handle resident issues, and uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple sober living homes, ensuring adherence to house rules, chores and company policies.
- Manage staff and house leaders, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate intake processes for new residents, and manage discharges/move-outs, and bed turnovers.
- Maintain brand standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and curb appeal of each location.
- Collaborate with the leadership team in weekly meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Assign beds to residents and coordinate support services with community partners.
- Provide emotional support to residents and facilitate house meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports, including daily staff notes using our recovery software/app and internal communication tools.
Qualifications:
- Passion for addiction recovery and creating a supportive community.
- Experience in addiction recovery, property management, or related fields.
- Education in addiction counseling or a related field; college degree preferred.
- Preferred experience counseling individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- CPR and First Aid Training- Available after Employment
- Narcan Training- Available after Employment
Schedule and Benefits:

Compensation: $1600 per month
We are currently opening new houses through the beginning of next year potential for Full-Time position will be open, higher pay>
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
