Knowledge Management Director, Member Services

The Knowledge Management Director, Member Services will lead the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational learning within the MS department. This role will involve overseeing the creation, sharing and utilization of knowledge assets to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The Knowledge Management Director, Member Services will play a key role in growing and transforming our service delivery and operation.

Location: Dallas, TX | On-site Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with member services’ goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of knowledge management professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Establish and promote systems and processes for capturing, storing, and disseminating information knowledge.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge needs and leverage existing knowledge to improve service delivery.
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and report on outcomes to senior management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance knowledge management practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in knowledge management or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS); Knowledge Base Platforms; Project Management Software; Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
