The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales representatives across Maryland and Delaware, ensuring revenue growth, account penetration, and overall market success. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, mentoring sales reps, and executing brand strategies. The manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, brand managers, and vendor partners to develop and implement sales initiatives, promotions, and strategic planning efforts.
Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review and decision-making
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
