What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Technician position at Lanterra Pools?
Experienced swimming pool cleaner needed for high quality pool maintenance company.
You will work in all weather conditions. A company vehicle will be provided after an initial training period. ALL technicians go through training regardless of experience level.
Duties expected at every stop are as follows...
- Surface skimming
-Vacuuming pool with a service/system vacuum. Hammerheads are only to be used when needed. We do not allow weekly use of Hammerhead vacuums.
- Thorough brushing of the entire pool
- Brushing the inside of skimmer openings
- Emptying of cleaner bags or robot compartments
-Emptying of skimmer/pump baskets
- Thorough evaluation of the equipment for leaks and improper functionality of the equipment. Any faulty equipment or leaks must be reported to management immediately.
- Balancing of pool chemicals
Technicians will use a pool software to record data of each stop which gets submitted to customers.
We have a lot of high end custom pools and strive for complete excellence in every stop. This is not a company where you will perform subpar workmanship. Continual training and pool education is provided for all staff. We love to promote from within for employees that wish to grow with us. Most of our pools are in Fort Bend County but we also service surrounding areas.
A monthly bonus program of $500 is available and is performance based.
