Lantman’s Market is Hiring a Part-Time Bakery Associate!

As an extension of this, we are seeking a passionate bakery associate to work with our bakery manager to bake from scratch and par bake delicious baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing par baked products to be thawed for the following days bake
• Par baking according to specific par baked steps
• Baking store-made baked goods according to recipes
• Interacting with customers to answer questions. Taking special orders from customers
• Maintaining merchandised and back stocked inventory. Labeling, stocking, dating, rotating, and culling of department products
• Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of storage spaces
• Maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines
• Washing dishes and cleaning
• Position reports directly to bakery manager or bakery assistant manager
• Position requires repetitive lifting, twisting, and reaching. Position requires the employee to be able to work in a walk-in freezer environment for short periods of time
