Responsibilities may include:
Operating cash registers and making change
Holding keys to complete cash office and customer service counter tasks
Selling alcohol and tobacco products in accordance with Department of Liquor Control guidelines
Maintaining our reputation for friendly, professional service through customer interaction
Stocking shelves and organizing inventory
Bagging groceries properly and efficiently
Cleaning
Training cashiers and center store associates
Placing product and supply orders
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment
Managing store staff during the evenings and holding them to expectations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic math for handling financial transactions
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
