As an extension of this, we are in the process of revitalizing our meat department and we are seeking passionate, experienced meat cutters and clerks to work with our meat department manager and culinary director to supply our customers with the freshest, best meat, poultry, and seafood available anywhere. Responsibilities may include:

Efficiently cutting and packaging meats according to SOPs

Stocking and merchandizing a variety of best-in-class products

Interacting with guests and providing information and taking special orders

Developing and maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines

Managing inventory, minimizing and recording shrink

Maintaining equipment as needed

Maintaining compliance with State and Federal regulations by following SOPs to ensure adherence to those regulations

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
